Eye of Horus Guardian Bell

A striking Eye of Horus Guardian Bell, made from solid 316L stainless steel and finished with a vivid blue eye at the centre of the design.

The front of the bell features the unmistakable Eye of Horus, surrounded by raised and textured detailing that gives the design plenty of depth. Against the polished stainless steel, the blue eye really jumps out.

In ancient Egyptian symbolism, the Eye of Horus is associated with protection, healing and well-being, making it particularly fitting for a guardian bell carried on a motorcycle.

Built for the Bike

This isn’t a lightweight plated novelty bell. It’s made from 316L stainless steel, with no coating or plating to wear away, tarnish or turn your skin green.

At approximately 4cm high, or 5cm including the bail, it’s substantial enough to look the part on a bike without being ridiculously oversized.

Like our other motorcycle guardian bells, it can be hung low on the bike as part of the old biker tradition of carrying a bell to help keep those troublesome road gremlins at bay.

The Guardian Bell Tradition

Guardian bells – also known as Gremlin Bells – are part of a long-standing biker tradition. Legend has it that troublesome road gremlins are caught inside the hollow bell, where the constant ringing drives them mad until they fall back onto the road.

They’re traditionally given to another rider for good luck, although there’s absolutely nothing stopping you buying one for your own bike.
