We understand that when you order online, you want to know how it’s being sent, when it’ll arrive, and what to expect.
That’s why we keep our shipping terms clear and straightforward.
UK Shipping
For UK customers, we offer flat-rate shipping via Royal Mail.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or during postal disruption
UK Shipping Rates
Small items: £1.85 – £2.85
Large items or High-Value Items : £3.95 Royal Mail Tracked 48
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding:
Bank Holidays
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
New Year’s Day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
International Shipping
If you’re outside the UK and want some Rat-Ryder gear, no worries — we ship to most countries worldwide.
International shipping prices are calculated based on:
parcel weight
your shipping zone

Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to help.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
If you are ordering for delivery outside the UK, your country may charge:
import duty
VAT or sales tax
customs handling fees
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
If an item is returned to us due to non-payment of customs charges, any refund issued will be less outbound shipping and any repatriation costs we incur.
To comply with customs regulations:
we cannot mark parcels as gifts
we cannot alter the declared value of an order
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional costs.
Shipping Delays & Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
postal or courier delays
customs processing delays
industrial action
severe weather or carrier disruption
Where possible, we will always try to assist.
Returns & Shipping
If you need to return an item, please refer to our
Refunds & Returns Policy for full instructions before sending anything back.
Returns sent without authorisation or to an incorrect address may not be received.
