If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Custom & Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items are produced to customer specification and are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details provided for custom items are correct before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse orders, returns, or refunds where items are purchased for:

- business or commercial use
- promotional purposes
- bulk or commercial buying
8. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual elements created or adapted by Rat-Ryder, including those produced for custom or personalised orders, remain the intellectual property of Rat-Ryder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The purchase of a product does not include the transfer of ownership, copyright, design rights, or reproduction rights for any design used or created as part of the order.
This applies to:
- original designs created by Rat-Ryder
- designs adapted or improved at a customer’s request
- revisions or development work carried out during the design process
Designs are supplied for use on the purchased product only and may not be reused, reproduced, shared, or supplied to third parties for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unauthorised commercial use of Rat-Ryder designs may be subject to appropriate action to protect our work.
If design rights or licensing are required for a specific project, please contact us to discuss available options.
9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and graphics, is the property of Rat-Ryder and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
