IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS AND RETURNS

RETURNS

Although Rat-Ryders is known for “not giving a rat’s arse”, we do, however, care about our customer service and you, the customer!! That’s why we operate a full, no-quibble Returns Policy. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, then, unfortunately,  we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, so If you don’t like what you’ve bought, don’t wait until tomorrow, Simply email us straight away at ratryderdesigns@gmail.com for authorisation. PLEASE NOTE: THE RETURN POSTAGE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  Items must be returned within 14 days of requesting a return. Your refund will be processed within 4-5 days.   Please note the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of you (The Buyer) and will not be refunded.  Refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment (minus original postage costs.) i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded through your credit card account.

  • The cost of returning goods remains the responsibility of YOU the customer.
  • All items MUST be returned unused and in the original packaging.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on custom-made items.
  • Rat-Ryder reserves the right to reject returns or refunds for products that it believes were bought for purposes other than personal use.
    This covers organisations, people, and businesses that buy goods for business purposes using the Rat-Ryder e-Commerce platform and returns procedure.
    The goods must be made available for pickup and return to the original buyer.

Please note:– on returning, you may want to consider using trackable shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of a returned item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • All returns packages must be marked as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document you are also required to submit (CN22 and/ or CN23) AND on the outside of the packaging. IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO SIMPLY SEND THE GOODS TO BACK – Customs require proper supporting documentation to prevent not charging taxes upon the goods coming back into the UK. Failure to do this will result in unnecessary import taxes and VAT being charged. Either the parcel will be refused by us and returned to you by the carrier or we will be obliged to pay the carrier on your behalf, which will be deducted from any funds returned to you.
  • Please DO NOT ship back by Fedex, this results in extra customs charges, even as a return. Your parcel will be returned to you.
